Have travelled from the UK to Lanzarote a number of times and stayed at some nice apartments. but most recently stayed at villa amigo what a beautiful place fifteen minutes from airport “15 euros” great place to stay private pool and private jacuzzi very clean and only a short walk to local restaurants and pubs lovely villa for families to stay very private 3 bedrooms and outdoor dining and bbq if you fancy. Will definitely be going back again highly recommended…

This apartment was everything we wanted and more. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It also has a lovely south-facing terrace, which was great for sunbathing on and had a nice sea view. It is located in the old town, just a few minutes from lots of bars and restaurants. We loved our stay here and would definitely book to stay here again.

We just need to let people know how brilliant this company is. Louise was lovely and very professional, she cleaned our villa and it just looked as it did when we arrived. She was very attentive and friendly and courteous. The team came to clean our pool and were very helpful and pointed us in the right direction as to places worth a visit during our stay. This company is highly recommended and the work is excellent. 5 Stars

We stayed in Los Dragos in the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen. The apartment was lovely. It was well maintained and had a great view of the sea. When we arrived we had been left supplies of tea/coffee/milk and water which was fantastic as we arrived late. The apartment had great facilities including a washing machine/iron/kettle/toaster etc. The bedrooms were lovely with adequate space and storage. The bathroom was great with a good shower and hairdryer. The kitchen had everything you needed. The apartment came with wifi which is fantastic for the children. There is also a swimming pool and children's pool onsite.
Very close to all amenities. There are some great restaurants and bars very close by (I would 100% recommend My Kitchen just a minute walk from the apartment, with amazing food) and the Biosfera shopping centre is just a 5-minute walk.
We had a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Lanza5star property managed the villa we rented whilst we were on holiday. The villa was extremely well maintained by Louise and was spotless on arrival. Louise was very friendly and was always at the end of the phone if we needed her. She went above and beyond for us - nothing was too much trouble! We have just returned from a 10-night stay at the wonderful Apartment Anzuelo. What can I say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were a bit nervous booking it, to begin with as it was only new to the rental market and had no reviews but as Louise was so helpful and honest when I contacted her we decided to chance it. Well, what a brilliant holiday it was from start to finish. Eamonn the owner sent us very good directions for the taxi and met us at the apartment on arrival. He had a wonderful welcome pack in the fridge for us when we arrived covering everything that we might need. He showed us around the beautiful apartment and gave us his phone number, directions to all the shops/bars/restaurants, codes and keys.
This is a beautiful apartment in every way. It is modern and stylish inside with a large kitchen/living area and 2 bedrooms one of them en-suite and a 2nd full bathroom. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob and a large fridge. Each bedroom has its own sliding door with balcony access and I don't know where to begin with praising the balcony area. It has three distinct areas on the balcony for sitting, sunbathing and drinking gin! The balcony area is what made our holidays. It has a superb view of the sea and is so spacious that you would never want to leave it.
Location wise the apartment is perfect. It is upstairs. Below it is Nico's snack bar where we dined on a few occasions and got takeout to eat on the balcony also. Next door is a lovely Irish bar called the Spinnaker where the food and the view is fab. Across the road is Nico's full restaurant and just down the street is a lovely Irish bar called the Bucket List. The Hiperdino supermarket is next door also and a variety of other shops within a couple of minute's walk. While the apartment does not have a pool it did not bother us as the sea is 5 mins walk from the apartment.
We could not praise the apartment or Louise highly enough. We even ordered the clock on the living room wall on eBay before we left! We had the most wonderful holiday at Apartment Anzuelo and will be returning next year for our holidays!

We had a fabulous 4-day break in Apartment Dunia. This was booked at quite short notice and Louise was very efficient in dealing with any of our questions before we arrived and also whilst we were staying in Lanzarote. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in an ideal location for Lidl and some lovely little bars just around the corner. It was great to have a washing machine and a huge fridge/freezer (as usually, they are pretty small), so great if you are staying for longer. The patio area was ideal for either sitting in the shade or out in the sun, plus a regular visit from the friendly complex cat!! We loved the location to walk into the Old Town or onto The Strip, ideal for both. We would certainly stay here again and will definitely be contacting Louise for our trips next year.

Louise and co always leave the villa so clean and tidy.. soaps topped up... enough towels for everybody. Always helpful and approachable too! Simply couldn't ask for more!

They went above and beyond to ensure we had the comfort and facilities we are looking for whilst on holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from a welcome pack due to our late flight to a quick visit to see if everything was OK...... We even met the owners, John and Cordi....The apartment was the cleanest we have ever stayed in, a credit to Louise and staff for their attention to detail.... . My wife and I have been renting villas in Lanzarote for over 20 years, and have had all sorts of experiences, with some disappointing and most not. We have come to the conclusion that whilst much depends on the owners, a lot of responsibility for having an enjoyable time depends on who manages the property. For the last 3 years we have stayed in the same villa in Puerto del Carmen which has been looked after by Lanza5star. We believe in giving credit where credit is due, and Louise who looks after the villa is brilliant. It is spotless on our arrival, and maintained as such throughout our stay. The bedding is excellent and the towels provided of the same standard. What is really different is that she regularly pops in to see if we have any problems and her local knowledge of the island has been great for us even after the numerous times we have visited. She has even provided small items we have requested or at least advised where we could get them. All in all, we have no hesitation in recommending her business to anyone looking for a really professional property manager.

I've stayed in Los dragos twice as my own apartment wasn't available..it is looked after like my own apartment by Louise, 110% ..Louise collected us from they airport..and because we were leaving they same day as other guests were arriving and we had a late flight, Louise held on to our suitcases and dropped us back to they airport ..they apartment is maintained to they highest quality and fresh and clean and also does a mid week clean ..Lanza5star it says, It is all in they name ..you get 5 Star treatment.

Casa Farra is a beautiful villa situated in a lovely area of Salinas and we enjoy our stays there. Aside from the villa being luxurious, spacious and private- our time was made even better by the service received from Louise. Everything was well organised and in place for our arrival and they always went that extra mile to help out (nothing was ever too much). They were very friendly and accommodating and delivered everything you would expect from a 5 star management company.
