Have traveled from uk to Lanzarote a number of times and stayed at some nice apartments. but most recently stayed at villa amigo what a beautiful place fifteen minutes from airport “15 euros”  great place to stay private pool and private jacuzzi very clean and only a short walk to local restaurants and pubs lovely villa for families to stay very private 3 bedrooms and outdoor dining and bbq if you fancy. Will definitely be going back again highly recommended…

I've just stayed at casa Linda. I've  been visiting  lanzarote  for the last 22 years and stayed in costa teguise .my time with my grown up daughter was fantastic the apartment was in 10mins walking distance to centre  of costa. The pool and grounds are all kept up together. But let's get to apartment. It is very very  clean main room is on suite large double bed door on too patio. Second bedroom two single beds and outside  bedroom another  toilet and shower. It's got all amenities  you need.Two large sofas, tv,Internet  large patio door on balcony we had a fantastic  time on our seven days should of been longer .and there is a bar and restaurant on site wich is fantastic. So I would give it 110% thank you to Louise.

I enjoyed a fantastic relaxing week staying in Casa Linda, Los Molinos. The apartment was spacious, very clean, well look and and equipped with everything I could need. The complex is beautiful and again very clean. The pool area was great, and never over crowded. The New Mill bar/ restaurant was welcoming, had a good selection of drinks and food, the food was good, well priced and the staff lovely. 

The apartment is situated in a good location and within walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. 

Louise, Mike and their team were great hosts and couldn’t be more helpful. I have already been recommending their apartments to friends and family and will definitely be back again.

 We are just back from a wonderful family holiday, staying at Villa Antonio in Lanzarote. The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs - 3 generations of family looking for a base from which to explore the island. 
The trip from the airport was short and straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided and as our flight arrived in the morning, the villa had been prepared for us to have an early check-in. The accommodation was well-laid out, and well-appointed - everything was clean and tidy on our arrival. Louise who met us there was friendly and helpful and there was plenty of information provided about things to do during our stay. There was also a welcome pack with a few basic groceries which was a god-send when we arrived hot, thirsty and peckish from our flight. 
The views from the property are truly stunning, and the location in Nazaret is peaceful and quiet, away from the crowds of the main island resorts, but still handy for the beaches and local amenities such as the supermarket. 
The pool is a real winner, and our kids spent a good chunk of every day enjoying it. We also loved the hot tub. 
We spent all our evenings enjoying the view from the terrace, which is well-shielded from the wind.
The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and crockery and had most things we needed. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the villa itself was always a nice cool temperature even in the heat of midday. 
From Nazaret it was easy to access any part of the island and we enjoyed exploring the local area. We had a nice meal one night at the local Italian restaurant and enjoyed great cakes and coffee from Jonnie Bakes in Teguise. All in all a great holiday - we'd love to return and will be recommending to our friends!

 I first used Louise of Lanza 5 Star Property Management in 2014 to manage my holiday rental business, and I have used her services several times since.

Louise has previously organized & arranged property cleaning for me, as well as manage my whole business in my absence.

Louise is extremely professional, very organized & honest as well as a perfectionist in everything she does.  When you leave your business in her hands, you have no worries or concerns as you are 100% sure that Louise will treat your business as if it was her very own. Her communication skills are excellent, and she always keep you aware of any changes or problems that arise. She can quickly resolve any problems in your absence, since she has a great network of contacts, so you can relax knowing that she is fully in control. 

Living on a small island, it can be extremely difficult to find good personnel, but with Louise you know that you are getting the very best. Apart from being excellent at what she does, she is also a very sociable and pleasant person to interact with and it is always pleasant to meet up with her!

I have lived on the island for almost 20 years, and I have used several people during those years, but Louise is the only person I would choose to use now and in the future.

Louise of Lanza5star has managed my Property for over a year now. She has maintained it 110%. I had a bad experience with a previous Management company but now I have peace of Mind knowing that my property is in safe hands with Louise whilst I am living here in Ireland. The reviews I get from guests says a lot for Louise and the guests continue to book my property. Louise has the apartment spotless and she does a meet and greet with my guests with in 24 hours of them arriving to make sure that everything is ok. Louise is only a phone call away to attend to my guests if they need help with anything. On the odd occassion that there has been a slight problem, guests lost their keys or even if it's guests not knowing how to work The TV, Louise is there Asap to help! Louise even attended an AGM on my behalf. I could go on and on...with me living in Ireland, Louise has given me peace of mind knowing that my apartment and guests are looked after 110%

Louise really does provide a 5star service. The cleaning, both inside and out, is comprehensive; leaving sparkling surfaces and pleasant smells. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is always available to deal with guests queries and issues.
